4. Machine Setup
Next, machine(s) are delivered and installed at NO charge to you. Fermo Vending covers all maintenance, repairs, and stocking of machines. Our vending machines feature the latest technology such as "iVend", and are equipped with Nayax credit card readers that accept mobile payment.
5. Continued Support
Once Installed, ongoing service is provided to ensure that your machines are stocked and never empty. Should any mechanical issues arise, call us and we will be out to service the machine(s) within 24 hours.

All of our machines are equipped with Nayax Credit Card readers that allow for mobile payments, and the included telemetry systems allow for real time alerts & error updates. The equipment we provide will be in accordance with your requirements. Fermo Vending will supply the most efficient equipment size for your location based on the intensity of traffic, number of staff, visitors, and customers in the building and the space provided for the machines.
Service Schedule

We will service the machines as often as needed. One full time route person will be assigned to your location, and they will be in charge of inspecting, restocking, and general maintenance of the machines on location. During the first week of service our representative will be on site to communicate with your staff in order to meet their particular needs. Routine visits to your location will allow us to stay in accordance with your staffs' preferences of products.
Repairs & Maintenance
Trouble free operation of

While we anticipate issue free operation of our vending equipment we have a qualified and skilled technician to handle any repairs that may arise. The service person assigned will be responsible to handle any and all repairs in a timely manner. We will inform of you of any pending shutdowns, if any are needed, that may interrupt vending service.
